Return policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with original tags, and in original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@pimpokids.pt . Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return your item and where to send it. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong product, please notify us immediately so we can assess and correct the problem.
Exceptions
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
• Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants).
• Customized or made-to-order products.
• Personal care products (e.g. beauty products).
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions about your product, please contact us.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get your desired item is to return your existing product and make a new purchase after the return is accepted.
European Union Cancellation Right
If the items are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving any reason. The conditions for return remain the same: the item must be in original condition, without use or wear, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method, within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund, and this may vary.
